This may be one of the hardest moments you’ve faced. Take the time you need to make the decision that’s right for you. We’re here to listen, support, and provide the facts—without pressure. Because up to 25% of early pregnancies end naturally, our free ultrasounds can give you the clarity and peace of mind you deserve.
Free Ultrasound
An ultrasound is a safe, gentle way to learn more about your pregnancy. It can tell you:
• If your pregnancy is developing normally
• How far along you are
• What your next steps might be
Our caring team will walk you through it, answer your questions, and help you feel confident in whatever comes next.
During Pregnancy
You might feel excited, overwhelmed, scared—or all of the above. That’s okay. One step at a time, we’ll help you:
• Manage morning sickness
• Find prenatal care
• Learn how to have a healthy pregnancy and most importantly, we’ll be here for you—through every high and low.
Postpartum
The early days with a newborn can be joyful and exhausting. We offer:
• Postpartum support and encouragement
• Classes to help you grow into your new role
• Our Crib Club program, where you can earn everything your baby needs by attending classes
We’re with you for the long haul—from cradle to kindergarten.
After Abortion
If you have an abortion and are struggling with how you feel afterward, we’re here for you too. You’re never just a “client”—you’re part of our care family. We offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk, heal, and find support.

FAQs: Our Care
What does an ultrasound show? It shows if you’re pregnant, how far along you are, and whether the pregnancy is developing (normally) inside the uterus.
Does an ultrasound hurt? No. For most scans, we use a gentle, handheld device that slides over your belly. You might feel a little pressure, but that’s it. If your pregnancy is really early, we can use a small transvaginal probe that goes inside the vagina to get a clearer picture. It might feel a little awkward, but most women say it doesn’t hurt. The choice to use a transvaginal probe is totally up to you. The staff will explain everything before they begin and make sure you feel supported and at ease the whole time.
Is it safe? Yes. Ultrasound is very safe and doesn’t use any harmful radiation.
Can I bring someone with me? Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring a partner, friend, or family member to your ultrasound.
Will I get a picture of my baby? Yes. If you want a picture, we’ll print a photo for you to take home.
Can you help with prenatal care? Yes. Your counselor can help you sign up for Medicaid, find a doctor, and we provide free prenatal vitamins. You can also come to classes that to learn about how to have a healthy pregnancy. We’re here for you every step of the way.
Can you help me sign up for Medicaid? Definitely—we’ll guide you through it step by step. Many of our centers have a Medicaid navigator on-site.
Do you give out prenatal vitamins? Yes, and they’re free.
Is counseling available after delivery? Yes—we’re here for you before, during, and after pregnancy. You can keep coming for support as long as you need.
What classes do you offer for expecting moms? We offer classes on baby care, healthy pregnancy, nutrition, and more. They’re fun and welcoming.
What is the Crib Club? It’s a rewards program where you earn baby items—like cribs, car seats, and new baby clothes—by taking classes and participating.
Can dads come too? Yes! Dads are always welcome—especially in our Strong Fathers classes.
