Here you will receive a lab-quality pregnancy test at no cost. If your test is positive, you will also receive a free ultrasound. Counselors will help you understand what your results mean and what comes next.
As many as 25% of early pregnancies end naturally, so a positive test doesn’t always mean you’re having a baby. Your free ultrasound will help you know for sure. The ultrasound will also show you how far along you are.
An ultrasound provides important information when considering your options, especially abortion. How far along you are impacts the type of procedure you could have and how much it costs. Our counselors will help you get the facts so you can make a choice that is right for you.

Walk-ins Welcome
An unexpected pregnancy can be hard to face alone. You may be feeling conflicted, angry, scared or overwhelmed. Those are all normal emotions and it’s ok to feel that way. If you are pregnant, Women’s Care Center provides a safe and understanding environment where you can explore your options and receive the care you need. And there is never a cost for any service.

What We Do
Over 43,000 women found support at Women’s Care Center last year. The mission is to help you, with a unique approach that recognizes your strength and respects your choices and decisions. All services are confidential and free, including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, education and support. With 38 centers in 12 states, Women’s Care Center is the largest pregnancy center in the country.

What to Expect
From your first visit, you’ll feel the difference. Centers are comfortable and homey, not clinical. You’ll be greeted in-person by a counselor who will listen and support you, no matter your circumstances or decisions.
If you’re pregnant or think you might be, you will receive a lab-quality pregnancy test. And if you test positive, you will be offered a free ultrasound, most times right after your test. Your first visit usually lasts about an hour.
